This policy applies only to physical products sold through the ClassNotes shop. Digital memberships, downloads, and online study tools are delivered electronically and are not shipped.
What are my shipping & delivery options?
Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and fees are shown at checkout for eligible physical products. In some cases a fulfillment partner may handle delivery on our behalf.
Digital delivery
Account-based features and digital study material are delivered to your ClassNotes account immediately after the purchase is confirmed.
Physical delivery
Physical orders are usually processed within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery windows depend on destination, carrier performance, and stock availability. All delivery dates are estimates.
Do you deliver internationally?
International shipping may not be available for all products. If a destination is not supported, you will see that during checkout or hear from support after the order is reviewed.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed, we will share an updated estimate when available.
